Return and Refund Policy
Our Promise
At Coq and Malai, we want you to adore every item you purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we're here to help with a return or exchange.
Return Eligibility
- Time Frame: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and unwashed. We can’t accept items that have been personalized unless they’re faulty.
- Exclusions: Due to hygiene and quality reasons, certain items like personal care goods, perishables, and custom-made products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Contact us at hello@coqandmalai.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Send Items Back: You can return the items using a courier service of your choice to our address. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Inspection: We will inspect the returned items upon receipt. If they meet our return criteria, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
- Options: We offer refunds to your original payment method or as a Coq and Malai gift card.
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after we receive the returned items.
- Non-Refundable: Original shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Availability: Exchanges are subject to item availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we will contact you to find a suitable alternative.
- Price Difference: If the new item is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it’s less expensive, we’ll refund you the difference.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement and cover any shipping costs involved.
